Réseau Aéro Québec is a non-profit organization (OBNL) bringing together students, young professionals, and industry players around one shared mission: showcasing Québec’s aerospace sector.

The idea

RAQ is officially established as a non-profit organization, with volunteer governance and a clear mission.

President and co-founderMaster's candidate in international politics and law (UQAM), Naomi combines a passion for international relations and civil aviation with solid management experience. She ensures team cohesion and alignment with RAQ's vision.

Vice-president, Administration and strategyMechanical engineering student at Polytechnique Montréal, Arnaud brings experience in the aeronautical industry, governance, and holds a pilot's licence. He oversees RAQ's administrative and strategic structure.

First Annual Event — Experience NextGen
RAQ hosts its very first annual event bringing together aviation professionals (Bombardier, IATA, UQAM) who share their journeys with students in an interactive format fostering direct exchanges and mentorship.

ICAO Simulation Career Forum — 8th edition
RAQ attended the first ICAO Simulation Career Forum, a unique opportunity to connect students and young professionals with international civil aviation experts.

ICAO Innovation Fair 2025 — Official Podcast
RAQ attended the ICAO Innovation Fair and was commissioned to produce an official podcast in which industry experts share their vision of aerospace and civil aviation.

Academic Collaboration
Droit Devant Competition — ICAO Crisis Simulation
In collaboration with the Université de Montréal Law Students' Association, RAQ organized an ICAO crisis simulation where students represented six ICAO Council member states to resolve a critical cyberattack on air traffic management systems.
